Mehshan Honey was born from a deep respect for the natural world and the remarkable creatures that make it possible. We tend our hives with patience and care, harvesting only what the bees can spare — never more.
Why Raw Honey?
Most commercial honey is heated and filtered until it's stripped of the very things that make it special — enzymes, pollen, antioxidants, and flavor. Our honey is raw, meaning it goes straight from the hive to the jar with minimal processing. What you taste is exactly what the bees made.
